She works to maintain company culture, employee satisfaction, and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in addition to overseeing the company’s corporate social and community involvement. Sam holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, and Advanced Strategic Human Resource Management certification from Cornell University.
