Jerome O’Brien
Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel
Jerome manages the legal department and oversees other functions at the company including safety, insurance, and ESG initiatives.
Prior to joining Cypress Creek, he was an attorney at Jones Day, a leading international law firm, where he focused on private and public mergers and acquisitions. Jerome received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Duke University and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center. Jerome is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
