A Message From Our CEO
I want to take a moment today to acknowledge three Cypress Creek veteran leaders who will be leaving us in the next few weeks: Brian Matthay, Cassidy DeLine and Noah Hyte. As key members of our Executive Team at Cypress Creek, these three individuals have contributed mightily to the success we have had over the last three years since I came in as CEO. Together we have honed our strategy, attracted a premier capital partner in EQT and implemented a values-driven culture.
As our Chief Investment Officer, Brian has had a deep impact on CCR over his tenure of more than seven years across Capital Markets, Development, Structured Finance, the Investment Committee and, most recently, in leading the sale of Cypress Creek to EQT. As our Chief Development Officer, Noah has overseen the expansion of our pipeline to more than 12 GW, cultivated a deeply talented development organization, and strategically positioned our development platform for growth and profitability across utility and community solar markets. As our Chief Commercial Officer, Cassidy has expertly led the Structured Finance team in billions of dollars in project sales and financings across dozens of deals, led strategy-defining M&A opportunities, and has driven a culture of excellence and value optimization. We will miss all of them and wish them each well in their next pursuits.
I look forward to continuing to work with our team at Cypress Creek to realize the mission we have set together. In the coming weeks, we will announce new team members to carry the leadership forward as we build many gigawatts of solar and storage over the next few years.
