Blog: Cypress Creek Team Members Promoted to New Roles
May 11, 2022– Cypress Creek Renewables is pleased to share advancements in the leadership of the company with the announcement of key recent team promotions.
Demonstrating the courage to take smart risks, conviction to serve our mission and insight to collaborate across the team, these people embody the core values of Cypress Creek. As such, we continue to look for ways to better position ourselves for achieving our goals, chief among them to build a more sustainable future with each project we bring to life. The following individuals actively embrace their roles in advancing the growth and mission of the company and we are proud to recognize them.
On the Structured Finance team Andrew Nourafshan has advanced to Senior Vice President, Viveka Ranjitsinh is newly appointed to be Managing Director, and Rob Spoerer is promoted to Director.
On our Development team Tyler Norris and Steven Lichtin have advanced to Vice President, Tai Wallace to Senior Director, and Marisa Scavo and Geoff Johnson are now Directors.
Earlier in the year, Jared Kirk, Vice President of Operations, was promoted to lead our O&M Services Division. In addition, we also promoted three people to Vice President: Luke O’Dea to Vice President of Engineering, Ben Khwaja to Vice President of Finance and Wade Halverson to Vice President of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE). Kelsey Bobrinskoy was promoted from Director to Senior Director of Customer account management in our O&M Services team. Matt Leslie has been promoted to Senior Director of Supply Chain.
Four more individuals are now serving in a Director role: Alisha Anthony, Director of Strategic Initiatives, Zander Bischof, Director of Analysis, Policy and Strategy, Chris Baralus, Director of Civil Engineering, and Seija Stratton, Director of Environmental Services.
On our Executive Team, Darren Devine has taken on the role of Senior Vice President of Transformation and the Digital Center of Excellence. Sam Hockaday has advanced to the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources.
