Cypress Creek adds key operational talent

Cypress Creek welcomes Director of HSSE Wade Halverson, VP of Fleet Legal Operations Ben Davidson, and Director of IT Jennifer Lillis to the team. Wade, Ben and Jennifer each bring over a decade of experience and underscore Cypress Creek’s focus on operational excellence. 

Wade’s addition to the team demonstrates our holistic approach to health, safety, security and environment. Wade comes to Cypress Creek with 22 year of experience across the utility, pipeline and construction industries. At Cypress Creek, he leads our Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Council and drives our culture of safety across the company and with all of our contractors and sub contractors. 

Ben runs legal and commercial matters affecting our owned fleet and our Operations & Maintenance Services division. He has over a decade of experience in the renewable energy and infrastructure industries, including at the global law firm Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, TerraForm Power and Brookfield Renewables. Ben’s expertise will be instrumental in growing our 1.6GW fleet and our O&M services for customers. 

Jennifer oversees Cypress Creek’s information technology organization and strategy. She brings to Cypress Creek 20 years of experience between IBM and Cisco managing global teams, large scale services and complex enterprise systems development supporting new business models and transformation.
