Cypress Creek makes great strides in emissions reduction, environmental initiatives and community giving as shown in first public-facing ESG Report, released today
June 18, 2024 – Cypress Creek Renewables is pleased to announce today the publication of the company’s first public-facing ESG report.
The report details the company’s 2023 environmental, social and good governance initiatives, efforts and progress including the published science-based emissions target.
Some highlights in the report include:
• The Cypress Creek internal fleet produced enough clean energy to power 250,000 American homes in 2023
• The company had a 43 percent reduction in overall emissions over the previous year
• Last year Cypress Creek’s partnered with the National Forest Foundation to plant thousands of trees
• $400,000 in direct community investment was made by the company in 2023
• Cypress Creek’s Energizing Tomorrow’s Leaders scholarship program launched in 2023, awarding scholarships to 35 high school students across the country
• The company’s commitment to safety resulted in an industry-leading safety incident rate of 0.14 for the year

Cypress Creek intends to continue releasing an ESG Report annually.
