Cypress Creek Renewables’ annual sustainability report shows continued progress in emissions reduction and community impact
July 23, 2025 – Cypress Creek Renewables, a leading renewable energy developer and independent power producer, announced today the release of its annual public sustainability report.
The report details the company’s 2024 efforts and progress on initiatives such as reducing emissions, good governance and meaningful contributions to communities.
Some highlights of the report include:
- Cypress Creek’s internal fleet of solar and storage projects produced enough energy in 2024 to power the equivalent of about 260,000 homes
- The company has reduced their overall emissions by 58% from the base year of 2022
- Cypress Creek received the official endorsement of the New York Atlantic Chapter of the Sierra Club for an in-development project in the state
- More than $500,000 in impact was made in communities through direct giving, sponsorships, scholarships and local memberships
- Cypress Creek’s Energizing Tomorrow’s Leaders scholarship program, launched in 2023, expanded to award more than $80,000 to high school seniors last year
