Kevin Smith
Chief Executive Officer
Kevin Smith brings more than 40 years of experience in both renewable energy and conventional energy to his role as Chief Executive Officer at Cypress Creek. Kevin has spent the last 20 years of his career in executive positions in renewable energy and energy storage, but earlier in his career, he was a design engineer on nuclear facilities and then developed natural gas fired power projects across the U.S. and internationally.
Jeremy Wodakow
Chief Commercial Officer
Jeremy is responsible for the operating, commercial, and financial performance of Cypress Creek’s growing portfolio of operating assets and our third-party O&M services business – Cypress Creek Solutions. He also structures renewable supply to meet the needs of our customers to commercialize development projects.
Peter Toomey
Chief Development Officer
Peter leads the company’s Development team, working with external and internal stakeholders to grow and advance projects in our development pipeline.
Jerome O’Brien
Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel
Jerome manages the legal department and oversees other functions at the company including safety, insurance, and ESG initiatives.

Chief Investment Officer
Jeff leads the Structured Finance, Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Investment Analytics groups, and the Investment Committee.
Mike Discenza
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Mike manages the financial, tax and digital activities of Cypress Creek. He has extensive global executive leadership experience across innovative infrastructure, renewable energy, financial, and project development companies.
